We believe in supporting customers to the fullest, and have a liberal cancellation policy, carefully tailored to our bespoke consulting and healing services:

Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order, provided that the service (consultation, reading, or session) has not been scheduled, delivered, or commenced.

Once a session is scheduled, initiated, or a detailed response has been delivered, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

Non-Cancellable Services:

Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, cancellations and refunds are not accepted for bookings involving:

Spiritual consultations (astrology, number healing, Vastu, white spells)

Live sessions, workshops, or personalized readings.

Any digital or downloadable content after it has been sent to the client.

However, if a customer demonstrates that the delivered service is materially different from what was described or agreed, a review and possible adjustment may be considered.

Quality Concerns:

In the event a customer feels the service or guidance received is not aligned with what was promised, complaints must be submitted within the SAME DAY of delivery. Our team will review the concern and decide on an appropriate response, which may include a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

Refund Process:

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Sessions with Third-Party Experts:

For issues related to services with third-party experts or partners, the client may be directed to address the complaint directly with them if covered under their separate terms.

Emergencies & Exceptions:

Exceptions may be made in cases of verified emergencies, at our discretion. For such requests, please contact customer support with documentation, if applicable.
